Estimated valuations
Online prices are estimates based on the information you provide. The final offer may change after physical verification if the model, specifications, ownership status or condition differs from the submitted details.
Device ownership
You confirm that you legally own the device, are authorised to sell it, and that it is not stolen, financed without permission or subject to another person’s claim.
Data removal
You are responsible for backing up and removing personal information, accounts, SIM cards and memory cards before handing over a device. Asell is not responsible for information left on a submitted device.
Pickup and payment
Pickup availability depends on service coverage and scheduling. Payment is processed after verification and acceptance of the final offer. No customer is required to accept a revised offer.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with service operation or attempt to sell devices obtained unlawfully.
