We use this information to calculate valuations, contact you, arrange pickup, verify device details, process service requests, prevent misuse and improve Asell.

Sharing and retention

We only share information with service providers involved in operating Asell, fulfilling pickups, supporting payments or meeting legal requirements. We retain information only for legitimate operational, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information by contacting support@asell.in. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. No online system is completely risk-free, so customers should never share passwords, PINs or OTPs with pickup representatives.
